About Me
Hello!
My name is Timothy Edward Popkin, and I like olives and owls.
I’m a composer.
I studied for one year at Dartington College of Arts before we were merged with University College Falmouth. It’s not so bad down here in Cornwall, but I can probably think of more exciting places to be.
Anyway, I’m nearly finished my second year, and am hoping to continue after graduating at the University of Sussex (in Brighton…), where if all goes well, I’ll be doing a taught MA in Music Composition. I plan to get a PhD, so that I can become a university lecturer!
So, this blog is for me to post my work in the form of scores or recordings, and other things that might be of interest or have influenced me compositionally.
